Holding girl in bathtub [PHOTO] arrest, A nine year old girl complains of a holding underwater punnishment for misbehaving at school.
The claim has led to the arrest of the child's mother, father, paternal grandmother, and her boyfriend for criminal negligence.
The
incident, which took place last month, is being investigated by Bryan
Police, Child and Protective Services, and Scotty's House.
