reports that Crystal Workman lost custody of her 14-year-old daughter
after Winter claimed she physically and emotionally abused her. Winter
has been in the custody of her older daughter ever since.
The
claims have been made by the publicist himself, according to TMZ, who
reports the news could play a "critical role" in the custody battle for
