Rocket launchers at buyback [PHOTOS/VIDEO] in Los Angeles, In an unexpected turn, rocket launchers at the LAPD gun buyback were
forfeited this week by individuals interested in trading their weapons
for gift cards.
The LAPD announced on Thursday that 2 rocket launchers were turned in, along with 75 assault weapons.
