Judge John A. Poulos handed Forty-three-year-old William Bailey of East
Sparta, who pleaded no contest to reduced charges of menacing and a
minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge, a 29-day jail sentence for
mocking 10-year-old Hope Knight, who suffers from cerebral palsy and
needs crutches to walk.
