Halle Berry restraining order [VIDEO], Halle Berry is allegedly taking her ex Gabriel Aubry back to court after
the model and her fiance Olivier Martinez got into a blowout brawl on
Thanksgiving morning.
According to TMZ, the actress, 46, is
seeking a restraining order against Aubry, who she believes is a threat
to their daughter Nahla after starting the fight with Martinez in front
of the 4-year-old.
Martinez and Aubry were both hospitalized on Thanksgiving after a vicious bust-up at her house.
Both
men sustained injuries and were taken to the emergency room after the
fight, which reportedly began after Canadian model Aubry showed up at
the actress' Los Angeles home to drop off his and Berry's daughter Nahla
